Yes sure the official Oishinbo youtube channel has made available the enire series in japanese with english subs but they are missing a few episodes and labelled episode numbers are incorrect.

NGL, high quality young bamboo shoots are amazing. In my teenage years I only had low quality shoots served with food so I avoided them, but in the past 3 years a friend bought some high quality ones to eat raw for our potluck hotpot meet up and they were simply angelic. If you've never had high quality ones I recommend doing so, because you'll fall in love.
